Participation Acknowledgment and Agreement:

I, the undersigned participant (or parent/guardian if the participant is under 18 years old), hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration of being permitted to participate in the activities and use the facilities provided by AQUAVENTURA (hereinafter referred to as the "Floating Water Park"):
1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that engaging in water sports and park activities entails inherent risks, which may include accidental slips, falls, collisions, and other incidents that can result in injury. I willingly assume all associated risks in connection with my participation in the activities offered by AQUAVENTURA and its associated staff, officials, or operating companies.
2. Release and Waiver: On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Floating Water Park, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, or losses related to bodily harm or injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of any kind, or any other harm that may arise from my voluntary participation in water park activities.
3. Medical Treatment: I grant my consent to receive medical treatment as deemed advisable in the event of an injury, accident, or illness during my participation in park activities. I release the Floating Water Park and all personnel administering such treatment from any responsibility or subsequent liability for their actions.
4. Compliance with Rules and Regulations: I agree to adhere to all Floating Water Park rules and regulations, including safety guidelines posted within the park premises and equipment. I also commit to following all instructions and directives from Floating Water Park staff while using park equipment, as well as during travel to and from the equipment. I acknowledge that any unsafe behavior, intoxication, or posing a danger to myself or others may result in my removal from the water park, and I will comply promptly without seeking compensation under such circumstances.
5. Photography and Publicity: I provide consent for the use of any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during my visit to the Floating Water Park for promotional purposes without compensation.
6. Weather-Related Cancellation: I understand that weather events, such as high winds or lightning, may lead to the cancellation or shortening of a session at the water park. Every effort will be made to accommodate guests at the next available period in such circumstances.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT. BY SIGNING BELOW, I AM ACKNOWLEDGING THAT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR DAMAGES.
